I have rebranded my career as a ‘HealthStyle’ expert, focusing on holistic health from a multi-disciplinary design perspective. I have turned my hobby into my work by ‘experimenting with lifestyle design’, focusing on achieving optimum health and well-being, by trying new things whilst, promoting a happier and healthier eco-conscious environment. Our mission is to give people the best information and options available they need to create and customise personal plans to achieve optimum holistic health and well-being and the highest quality of life for themselves and their loved

At the heart of true well-being are my three essential pillars of health, Sleep, Eat, and Move. Sleep, is nature’s most powerful healer, restoring your body and mind, and aligning you with the natural rhythms of the Earth. Eat, is not just about nutrition, but about nourishing your whole being with seasonal, nutrient-rich foods that support sustainable living and holistic health. Move, is grounded in the natural world and is about more than exercise – it’s about reawakening your body through mindful, energising motion. Together, these pillars form the foundation of a holistic Healthstyle that
honours both your body and the planet.

The Three Pillars.
My three pillars of health will be presented as three eco-three zones, ‘Sleep, ‘Eat’ and ‘Move’. I will design a 2D ‘Eco-Friendly Style Loft’ with experts in construction and interior design. I will also write about the journey as it evolves from plans, 2D sketches and finally into a 3D interior, an actual eco- friendly loft. The loft will then be used as a set and backdrop, for Joy’s TV (YouTube) and Joy’s Radio (podcast) show; and the products and services in each of the three pillars will featured in our newsletter, bog and podcast, as well as on our social media pages, to help you improve your health.

SLEEP.
I will be explaining why sleep is so often overlooked and why it is critical for good health. I will provide you with the tools you can use to better understand how you can ‘sleep well’, as well as the products you can select, basics such as mattresses, pillows and much more, to create and customise your own ‘sleep sanctuary’.

EAT.
I will be explaining how eating certain foods can have a positive impact on the other two pillars of health, notably that of ‘Sleep’ and ‘Move’ as well as the importance of eating a BALANCED wholefood diet for health, vitality and longevity. I will also provide you with food and drink options, so you can develop your own personalised plan to ‘eat well’ for optimum nutrition
that nourishes your body, mind and soul.

MOVE.
I will be explaining the importance of moving both for physical and mental health and how movement helps to reduce the risk of health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart
disease and high blood pressure, just to name a few. I will also provide you with the tools you can use to understand your current fitness levels as well as a range of exercise options and equipment you can try out to ‘move well’ and tailor your own move programme to suit your needs.
