I’m Joy, a HealthStyle expert, focusing on holistic health from a multi-disciplinary design perspective.
I’m a creative thinker with a CAN DO attitude. Young at heart with a child-like curiosity I’ve turned my passion, into my work. ‘BLACK. by Joy’, is a HealthStyle brand and a vehicle to promote and embrace natural health, beauty and vitality, fostering a sense of sophistication and classical elegance that transcends the constraints of time and age.
I will also be experimenting with lifestyle design, focusing on the things we can do in our lives to achieve optimum health and wellbeing such as trying new things like brushing your teeth with your less dominate hand, eating a meal blindfolded and doing laughter yoga.
I am happier and healthier now than ever before, but I couldn't live without being a lifelong learner. Above all, I enjoy a challenge!
